In New York, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across New York on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

New York is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in New York peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Prince Street Pizza was another one of those New York spots that came highly recommended, so we had to see what all the hype was about. Located in the heart of Manhattan, this iconic pizzeria is known for its busy atmosphere, classic NYC pizza-shop feel, and some of the most popular slices in the city. We kept it simple and ordered a slice of the Veggie Pizza and a 4 Cheese Square. The veggie slice was loaded with fresh toppings and had a great balance of flavors, while the 4 Cheese Square was rich, cheesy, and incredibly satisfying. The thick Sicilian-style crust was crispy on the bottom, soft on the inside, and held up perfectly under all that melted cheese. Both slices were delicious and made for a great quick meal while exploring the city. The shop itself is small, lively, and always packed with people grabbing slices, which only adds to the authentic New York experience. While there are countless pizza spots across Manhattan, Prince Street Pizza stands out for its quality, flavor, and reputation. If you're a pizza lover visiting NYC, it's definitely a place worth adding to your list.

Recently went on a pizza quest and both my kids and I rated Prince Street Pizza the highest. Itβs an oldie but goodie and always consistent. Chicago location isnβt good but the NY one is the best. The sauce has a slight sweetness and the slice is thin crunchy and foldable.

This was probably hands-down the best pizza I ever had in my life. The naughty pizza is so good. Me and my partner had to get another slice. Itβs definitely a walk-in ,order and get out. Itβs a bit small but the line moves fast. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. And then we also came back right before we left to the airport. Definitely have to check this out if youβre coming to New York to visit.

An amazing pizza place that sells the best pizza I've had in New York so far! They offer both squared pizza slices as well as the original triangle slice, but I think their specialty is the square ones since these are the ones that looked best on the counter, as well as almost all of the other clients around us had them. We wanted to try as many topping combinations as possible, so we started off with 1 square of each - spicy spring (with pepperoni, fresh mozzarella & pecorino romano cheese), four cheese (with fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, ricotta & pecorino romano) & spicy vodka (spicy vodka sauce, fresh mozzarella & pecorino romano). All were great but my favorite by far was the spicy spring, that we topped with hot honey served on the side. The sweet & spicy honey topping on top of the meaty and crunchy pepperoni created an irresistible combination that's tough to beat. After having these 3 slices, we had to order some more - this time we ordered a slice of the meat lovers pizza (with pepperoni, oven roasted sausage, pepperoni bacon bits, fresh mozzarella & green jalapeno). This one was also really good, but still didn't beat the spicy spring that was just had to hav

The pizza was so delicious. I ordered a 4 cheese as my first pizza and was offered the suggestion of hot honey on it which was an amazing addition. We also had two of their cannolis, pistachio and Carmel and chocolate chip. Both were amazing! Staff was friendly too. Next time Iβm in New York I will definitely plan to stop again.
